Great to have you aboard. You sound like an easy going sort that has his priorities straight. You're gettin' on the water and involving your family members.

I've been over your way once or twice. We fished McSwain and McClure. Caught a few trout in McSwain. Saw some big bass in McClure but couldn't get 'em interested.

Huge lake. Hot as the dickens in the summer. When the rains fail us she tends to fall a bit as do the others.

Just had distant relatives from Michigan leave today for the northwest coast. They're on an adventure in an RV all over the place. Before they came here they had gone to Yosemite & Bass Lake nearby.

You're in a nice location to see & access the good things in life.

Jr. & I vested into a larger boat, 21', a few years back. He & the wife nagged me to get rid of my 10' Livingston. I finally caved in, but now regret it. I took 'Ol Bessie everywhere in the state. I miss 'er. May have to reinvest when I can for another similar, because as you say, the simplest things in life are truly the best.

The best to you & crew, and continued success on the waters.
