MERRY CHRISTMAS
Read and agree with Kodiax-NO DRAMA HERE
Can't compete with spooled's intro. !!! So Hi to all

Need a little info here, Does anyone know the trick or a good spanner wrench to purchase to remove the end cap off the trim cylinder,( not the one connected to the motor) '04 Yamaha 200 hpdi. I need to replace the o rings and dust seal. I talked to a Gready dealer and they said that Yamaha made a spanner for this, but it is a piece of crap and that they used an air chiesel. I would like to remove the end cap without destroying or distorting it !! Please help

Thanks in advance Capt. Charles:nicepost: :english:

Was a welder back in the day for a bit myself, and worked a bit of rebar regarding the steel fab biz. But long term custodian for school currently.

Sorry to hear about your boat fire, but sounds like you've got a couple of nice backup sleds there.

Did me a short stint in Jacksonville, FL myself back around '72, give or take. A high school escape is what it was essentially for about 6 weeks or so. Collected me some seas shells, got my '60 Olds rag top stuck in the sand on the beach & had to have 'er towed out. Tried the surf & beat me to a pulp, but was a late teen thrill to say the least. Saw all those shark pics up on the local wharf.

Welcome to the board. The guy you need to get in touch with regarding the mechanical issues is Just In Time. He has his own forum here as well.

Welcome Charles...we are all pretty nuts here but Richie (JUST-IN-TIME) is the person you want to speak with regarding any outboard questions. Send him a private message and hopefully he will respond (haha)...

Merry Xmas
